Our services are designed for you, the patient. If you feel they could be in any way improved, do not hesitate to contact any of the doctors or practice manager, preferably in writing.
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctor or any of the practice team please write to the Practice Manager, Mrs J. Javidan.
We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. We will try our best to resolve the problem quickly and at a local level. An information leaflet is available from reception.
